I am always looking for ways to improve and/or make my grilling experience better. we used a tiny bit of olive oil with kosher salt and placed them inside. They came out perfect and delicious. To be sure it wasn’t a fluke, we grilled all kinds of veggies over the course of 2 weeks. I am a HUGE fan of grilled veggies but hate making them becasue any grill basket or pan I've tried before either tales up far too much space on the grill or it's hard to stir etc during cooking. These made veggies and shrimp a breeze! No stirring needed, just roll 'em over! Lol

We enjoyed making lots of veggies in this all summer. It does take a while and you do have to turn it a lot while on the grill but overall fun. It worked great! A little difficult to clean. However loved using it!
